Hey Kountey-Arjun! Failure to control-restrain the sense organs, leads to overpowering of even the enlightened-intelligent person by the sensuality (passions, sexuality), attachments-allurements, as they exercise tumultuous pull over him.
The sense organs are prone to excitement, be it a person who make efforts to control them, a devotee, one who is prudent, detached and away from the desire of the reward of industry, ready to help others, providing comfort, solace, welfare to others (the needy, down trodden), blessed with the understanding of do's and do nots, aware of the gist and futility of the world, which deeds have to performed and which are to be rejected and the result-out come of them. Till his intelligence is fully devoted-immersed in the Almighty, there is every possibility-likelihood of his being lured by the sensuality leading to repeated births and rebirths. Sense organs are capable of distracting even the most prudent, intelligent, learned, philosopher, self controlled-disciplined person.
Most of the sins occur due to the untamed sense organs. Even if one claims that he has full control over himself, he is at fault; since unless, until his brain has dwelled in the Almighty, there is every chance if his being misled, misguided, allured by the taste of food, smells, music, sex etc.
Even the Dev Guru Vrahaspati was over powered by lust and he got involved with the pregnant wife of his younger brother. Moon the king of Brahmans took away his wife Tara and Buddh-Mercury was born. Brahma Ji himself started following Maa Saraswati, his daughter, full of lust and sexuality. Dev Raj Indr had sex with Ahilya. Ravan one of the most learned, enlightened person on earth and a Brahman by birth had sex with numerous women and was ultimately killed by Bhagwan Shri Ram.
The Karm Yogi Sadhak, practitioner, devotee should control the sense organs, stabilise his thoughts, ideas & mood (psyche, inner self, mood) and start meditations-asceticism, concentrate-dedicate in the Almighty to have a stable mind.
Individual-devotee has to control his sense organs and concentrate-devote himself to the dictates of the Almighty, to eliminate the pride-ego, which is a prime factor which obstruct the attainment of stability of the brain, mind, intelligence, prudence. The primary factor which help him is attaining stability-perfection which is due the the mercy, kindness, love of God. One who is dedicated to God and seek asylum, shelter-protection, under him is entitled for the love of God. The feeling of me, mine, myself, id, ego, super ego, must vanish-eliminate. Loss of taste for the sensuality, passions, desires, allurements, attachments is essential for stability. Detachment of sense organs from the world and loss of interest in sensuality simultaneously, makes the individual stationary, inertial, strongly attached to the God. Bhakti, devotion, dedication, detachment, prudence, thinking-analysing, knowledge are essential to award him with unilateral, unidirectional mind peeping-seeking God.
One employed in government services or in an office of profits must refrain from greed, bribes, temptations, since they makes his release from 84,00,000 species extremely difficult. He should endeavours to help the genuine person who so ever he is-be and when ever he approaches him. He should be unbiased. It becomes even more essential if he has become a minister, legislator or counsellor.
The Karm Yogi-practitioner who has controlled his innerself (Man, mind, psyche, mood), freed it from attachments, envy, hatred with the senses under his firm control, attains the purity of his innerself. Attainment of the purity of the innerself leads to loss of all pains-grief of the practitioner-devotee and his brain becomes stable-concentrated in the Almighty.
Thinking-desires for worldly allurements, pleasures-comforts leads to down fall, loss of talent-intelligence, since aided by attachment, extreme greed, vanity and to be detached while experiencing the pleasures-pains, will raise the person from this world, Lok, abode. King Janak was detached. He ruled the state as a common man without enjoying the facilities available to him, like a sage-saint.
The innerself-own self of the Karm Yogi-practitioner should be under his control. The utilisation-acceptance of facilities should not be for habit formation. Instead, it should be for detachment. Rejection should not be due to bias, hatred, non acceptance, envy. This will provide the practitioner pleasure-happiness of the inner-own self paying way to liberation which is far more superior to the physical and mental asceticism-meditation. When one experience pleasure all his evils are lost, displeasure is lost, happiness prevails and he qualifies for Permanand-Bliss, the Ultimate pleasure, nothing is there beyond this.
Performance of one's duties, household routine chores, Varnashram Dharm, service of mankind are essential features of human birth. One should preform these with dedication, firmness along with devotion to Almighty. If one is detached Dharm, Arth, Kam & Moksh are within reach for him.
One who is  blind by birth and lascivious can not see (understand, analyse). The arrogant, egoistic and the one is after the money do not find fault with their misdeeds.
A Lascivious under the influence of sex, lust, sensualities  passions do not see reason and spoils his life. The egoistic, arrogant is too much intoxicated-selfish and do not listen to reason, logic, argument and counselling.
Impact of sexuality, sensuality, passions is so powerful that one can't stop himself from committing sinister-sinner most actions-crimes. Those who indulge in watching porn, nudes, blue films and reading indecent (sexy, vulgar literature) forgets all morality (culture, values, traditions, ethics). Magazines  films, news papers, internet, TV shows, media have found sex as a means to success, increased earnings. They incite-fuel passions leading to hell. Bad company too is behind such acts. One must listen to teachings of saints, scriptures, enlightened, philosophers to improve himself. Narcotics, drugs, alcohol fuel the vicious desires. So, one must not consume them.
Listen to the inner self-voice, search the soul, to come out of these vicious circles. A selfish person can cross every limit pertaining to vulgarity for his own benefit. Its better to dissociate  from his company.
One, who is free from passions is like the lion who scares the sensual-ignorant people comparable to elephants. The honourable-regarded, prestigious people are served by the worldly humans like courtiers.
